Array Theatre Productions is thrilled to present When The Cat’s Away, a riotously funny stage comedy based on the beloved British sitcom George and Mildred. Premiering originally in 1977, this classic farce follows Mildred and Ethel as they jet off to Paris—unaware that their husbands, George and the ever-mischievous Humphrey Pomfrey, are planning a little mischief of their own. When two glamorous young ladies are invited over and the wives return home unexpectedly, chaos, confusion, and laugh-out-loud moments unfold in true British fashion. Array Theatre Productions is delighted to bring The Addams Family musical to Rhoose Community Centre this August, inviting audiences into the wonderfully weird world of everyone’s favourite gothic family. Filled with comedy, heart, and spectacular musical numbers, this modern Broadway hit follows Wednesday Addams as she falls in love with a “normal” boy — much to the shock of her delightfully macabre relatives. As secrets unravel and families collide over one unforgettable dinner, chaos, charm, and kooky fun take centre stage. We are currently seeking performers and theatre lovers to register their interest in joining the production, and tickets are now available for what promises to be a gloriously spooky summer event with Array Theatre Productions.
